The Big Lottery Grant Award

The Big Lottery has awarded the Bureau a 3 year grant to help us fund our Welfare Benefit and Tribunal work within South Tyneside. This will ensure that residents will continue to have access to services that helps them receive their correct entitlements and challenge incorrect decisions made by the statutory organisations.

This grant award will particularly help our most vulnerable and disadvantaged residents by maximising their household incomes leading to greater financial and social inclusion.

By supporting our work the Big Lottery will also help us to contribute to greater health and wellbeing for our residents by assisting them to resolve their social and economic problems.
