South Tyneside Council
South Tyneside Council and Community website, includes the towns of South Shields, Hebburn and Jarrow and the villages of Boldon, Cleadon and Whitburn.
Big Lottery Fund
Every year we give out millions of pounds from the National Lottery to good causes. Our money goes to community groups and projects that improve health, education and the environment.
Money Advice Services
The Money Advice Service helps people manage their money. We do this directly through our own free and impartial advice service. We also work in partnership with other organisations to help people make the most of their money. We are an independent service, set up by government.
South Tyneside Homes
South Tyneside Homes is an arms length management organisation (ALMO) created by South Tyneside Council to manage, maintain and improve its council homes and estates. It is a non-profit-making company that is 100% owned by South Tyneside Council.
Key Project
KEY is a small local charity based in South Tyneside. We provide advice, support and accommodation to young people aged 16 to 25 who are experiencing hardship and / or threatened with becoming homeless.
Woman’s Health in South Tyneside (WHIST)
Working for women’s wellbeing with counselling, support groups and courses to support women in South Tyneside.

The Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales enables charities to break or prevent the cycle of disadvantage.
Community Foundation
The Community Foundation was established in 1988 as a charity (number 700510) and limited company (number 2273708) to benefit communities particularly, although not exclusively, in Tyne & Wear and Northumberland.

We help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.
